Job Description
We are looking for a well rounded and detail oriented Sr. Billing Specialist to join our client's firm in Downtown Dallas. They offer great benefits, paid parking, and a good work culture. In this role, you will be responsible for all billing related duties for multiple attorneys. Previous experience with Elite 3E is highly preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and prepare pre-bills and final bills per attorney/client specifications and/or guidelines
- Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, as required
- Confirm rates and any fee arrangements are reflected for each individual matter
- Create and print/upload final client billing
- Assist with the maintenance of instructions related to the billing attorneys’ clients and matters
- Prepare and process write-downs following firm policy
- Prepare write-offs following firm policy
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems
- Provide administrative support as needed such as pulling backup and providing invoice copies
- Ensure strict confidentiality at all times
