Award Services is looking for dependable, hardworking crew lead foreman to join our Coopersburg PA-based team. The lead foreman supervises jobs, communicates with management, and works alongside our landscape and snow removal crews as they maintain commercial and residential properties in Coopersburg and the surrounding areas (Allentown, Center Valley, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Quakertown, etc.). Candidates must be able to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions, regularly lift and carry equipment and materials, and safely work around trucks, trailers, mowers, and power equipment. During winter seasons, the lead foreman must be available for assigned snow events that may occur overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

· Quality Control/Training/Address and Correct Issues
· Equipment Operation, Inventory, and Transport Coordination
· Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
· Truck/Trailer/Commercial Landscaping Equipment Operation
· 3+ Years of Landscaping/Hardscaping/Snow Removal Experience
· 2+ Years of Truck/Trailer/Commercial Landscaping Equipment Operation
· 1+ Years Leading a Landscaping Crew
