Requirements
5 or more years of experience developing applications with Java, including Java 21 or recent SDK versions.
Proficiency in Spring Boot and the broader Spring Framework for backend application development.
Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs with JSON-based integration patterns.
Experience with AWS services such as ECS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
Experience with GitLab source control and GitLab CI/CD pipeline development and troubleshooting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using modern Java SDK versions.
Build and enhance applications using Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
Support smaller web applications using Thymeleaf, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Work with AWS infrastructure, including ECS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, and support infrastructure-as-code efforts using Terraform.
