The Davis Agency is seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.
This is a performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in relationship-building, enjoy consultative selling, and are driven by uncapped income potential .
Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals
Present and recommend appropriate insurance products
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)
Previous sales experience (door-to-door or phone sales)
Athletes who have played at a high school or collegiate level
Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
Active insurance license
Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
Base salary as you start out
