As a Community Outreach Worker, you’ll be a frontline ambassador for TrueCare, responsible for engaging with underserved populations and connecting them to essential health services. You’ll coordinate and attend community events, distribute educational materials, and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to promote health awareness and increase patient enrollment.
Your work will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve.

The STARTING pay range for this role is $23 during lifespan of this role the maximum pay is - $32.20 on an hourly basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
